And that's a wrap on 2025! 🎉

What a year it's been for She Leads.

This year, we had the privilege of hosting our High School Girls Leadership Conference and watching young women step into their voices, their confidence, and their power was nothing short of inspiring. The energy in that room reminded us exactly why we do this work.

We also launched our workshops, creating new opportunities for girls to develop leadership skills, build community, and discover what they're capable of achieving.

None of this would be possible without YOU—our supporters, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and believers in the next generation of women leaders. Your investment in these young women creates ripples that will be felt for years to come.

As we close out 2025, we're not slowing down. We're just getting started.

Every time, I find another reason why...

At the 2024 High School Girls Leadership Conference, we set up a mural asking one simple question: "What are your dreams?"

Girls filled it with beautiful aspirations. "To be a doctor." "To travel the world." "To start my own business." "To be a mom."

In small, careful handwriting, tucked in the corner of the mural, a girl had written:
"I want to be confident"

Not a career. Not a destination. Not an achievement.
Just... confidence.

Let that sink in.

While other girls were dreaming of what they could DO, this girl was dreaming of what she could BE. She wasn't even asking to conquer the world yet, she was asking for the courage to believe in herself first.

That one sentence is why She Leads exists.

Today, we had the incredible opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together at the She Leads High School Girl's Leadership Conference!

This event is all about empowering young women to step into their confidence, discover their voice, and lead with courage — not someday, but right now.

Watching these girls support one another, lead boldly, and realize their potential is what leadership is truly about. The future is bright, and she leads the way.
