operates as a non profit organization under the general direction of an all volunteer National Board of Directors. has four supporting all volunteer chapters operating in: Minnesota, Georgia, Colorado, and Wisconsin. The national board members oversee policy and practice, finances, as well as strategic planning and support to the various chapters. We are all about supporting our American Heroes an

yway we can. Our primary focus is on Special Operations Troops. We are sending care packages over seas to them; in 2 years we have sent well over 1000 packages! We plan to do even more for our troops by recognizing opportunities to help in the reintegration of troops when they come home from deployment, help navigating the V.A. system, special circumstance cash assistance, and youth sports and academic scholarships. can state with confidence and pride that 100% of outside donations go directly to supporting our mission. No one in our organization gets paid, and never will, and we don’t reimburse ourselves for a lot of our expenses. We do send care packages to ALL branches of the military. 🍪 COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT: The Dough Shoppe x H.O.O.A.H. Wisconsin 🇺🇸

Since 2018, The Dough Shoppe has chosen H.O.O.A.H. WI as their June Tip Jar Nonprofit, and their support continues to make a real impact for the veterans we serve.

All month long, every tip you leave — in‑store, online, or at their food trucks — goes directly toward strengthening our mission and raising awareness for veteran needs across Wisconsin. This is what true community partnership looks like, and we’re grateful for their heart, consistency, and commitment.

And if you love catching great local businesses “out in the wild,” The Dough Shoppe is active at farmers markets and community events throughout the area. Be sure to follow them on their socials so you know where they’ll pop up next — and grab some treats while supporting a mission that matters.

Every step taken on November 7 represents a life, a story, and our shared commitment to preventing veteran su***de. Whether you choose the long route, short route, virtual option, or bring your Mini‑Mover, your participation matters.
