We're excited to return to the Marquette County ADRC as we continue our FREE Smartphone Basics classes!

Missed the first two classes? No problem! You don't need to have attended the previous sessions to join us. Whether you're learning to navigate your smartphone, exploring new features, or just looking for a little extra guidance, you're welcome to come!

📣 Community Listening Session – October 23

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan will be holding a Community Listening Session at Options for Independent Living in Green Bay.

The session will focus on hearing from community members about their health care experiences, benefits, and the services and supports that matter most to them.

⏰ 9:00–10:00 a.m.
📍 555 Country Club Road, Green Bay

Breakfast will be provided, and participants will receive a $25 gift card for their time and feedback.

⚾💙💛 More Than a Ballplayer — An Inspiration On and Off the Field!

Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Garrett Mitchell is proof that living with a disability or chronic health condition doesn’t mean giving up on your dreams!

Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a child, Garrett hasn’t let his diagnosis define him or stop him from pursuing his passion for baseball. Through determination, hard work, and managing his diabetes, he’s made it all the way to Major League Baseball! ⚾💪

His journey is a powerful reminder that having a disability or health condition doesn’t limit your potential. Sometimes the path looks a little different, but the dreams can be just as BIG!

At Options, we believe in empowering individuals of all abilities to live independently, overcome barriers, and pursue their goals.

🌟 Your diagnosis is part of your story, but it doesn’t have to define your future!

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan is holding a Community Listening Session on Friday, October 23, at Options for Independent Living in Green Bay.

Community members are invited to share their thoughts and experiences with health care, benefits, and resources that support their everyday lives.

Join Building for Kids Children's Museum this Sunday for their next Sensory Superstars! Between 9am and 12pm, the museum will provide a lower-sensory environment, including dimmer lighting, no music, and certain exhibits turned off. This program is free for families in the Autism community.

📚🎃 LOOK WHO’S ROLLING INTO OUR TRUNK OR TREAT! 🚐👻

We’re so excited to share that the Brown County Library Bookmobile will be joining us for our Sensory-Friendly Accessible Trunk or Treat!

Because what’s better than Halloween fun? Halloween fun AND books! 📚🧡

We’re working hard to make this an afternoon where families that include people with disabilities can come together, have fun, and enjoy an accessible, welcoming experience.

And the Bookmobile is just one of the awesome additions we have planned!
