We provide resources and when we can't help, we will provide you with referrals. At Balanced Connections, we offer a SAFE and FUN environment for your loved ones, giving caregivers a much-needed break! Many families in our community care for their senior or disabled relatives, and to support them, Balanced Connections provides Adult Day Care. Here, members can spend their days in a safe, friendly, respectful, and engaging setting while caregivers take a breather from their daily duties.

Our seniors were asked to draw their very first feeling or expression when they first saw snow, and the results truly brought smiles to all of us.

Our participants at Balanced Connections had so much fun creating winter drawings! Each person drew a picture showing their reaction the very first time they saw snow. From surprise to joy, every artwork tells a beautiful story 💙

Art is more than creativity—it’s a powerful form of therapy, especially for seniors and individuals living with dementia. It helps spark memories, emotions, and plenty of smiles.

🎁😂 Race to the finish line… Balanced Connections style!

We played a game where each team chose their slowest teammate to roll wrapping paper using only their feet. Sounds easy, right? 👣🎄

We ended up with a winner for both the fastest and the slowest of the group—but plot twist… the “slowest” wasn’t actually slow at all! Someone on the other end may have been stepping on the wrapping paper 😆

Lots of laughs, teamwork, and memories made. This is what fun looks like at Balanced Connections ❤️
