🚨🚗 Neighborhood Safety Update🚨🚗

The west side Community Policing Division has alerted us to a recent increase in stolen vehicles in the Adam District, west of Oneida and Gray Street.

There have been at least eight vehicle thefts in August, and in all eight cases, the vehicles were left unlocked with the keys inside. These thefts have occurred during both the day and night.

Please remember to secure all vehicles and leave on exterior house lights. And, most importantly, if you see something that doesn’t look right, please REPORT IT to police. Speaking up could help prevent a theft or protect a neighbor’s home or property.

Good Neighbor Week Green Bay needs volunteers, and that includes here in our neighborhood! There is one project on Northern Avenue, across from Fisk Park, in need of three volunteers from 1-3PM on September 23rd to do minor home repairs or yard work.

Explore the neighborhood and find new books along the way as you search for all the letters of the alphabet! 🔤📚🐛

We've created a map of all the Little Free Libraries in our neighborhood to help guide you to locations where the letters might be. As you find each letter, parents and caregivers can ask questions like:

💬 "What sound does this letter make?"
🍎 "What words begin with this letter?"
🦋 "Can you say this word in another language?"

Special thanks to all our neighbors who have posted signs and are keeping the little free libraries stocked to encourage early reading skills as kids prepare to go back to school! 🎒

Boy did we luck out on the weather last night! 💙 We are so grateful to everyone who joined us at our 2nd annual National Night Out in Fisk Park. It was a good time and we loved connecting with you all.

Huge thanks to our neighbors from Northwest Railway Garden Neighborhood Association and Western Corridor Neighborhood Association for hosting games and passing out food vouchers. We are also thankful for our incredible vendors and partners, which included Asian Haven food truck, musician Josh Berton, and Green Bay Water. Organizations providing activities and resources included GSNWGL - Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes and Brown County Public Health.

Of course, the night would not have been complete without the presence of Green Bay Police Department, Green Bay Metro Fire Department, and the Mayor of Green Bay, along with other community leaders representing our neighborhood and our sponsor, Green Bay Neighborhoods.

Thank you all for taking the time to connect and support our community!

National Night Out - FREE Family Fun! is TOMORROW!
📅 August 4 | 🕔 5–8 PM | 📍 Fisk Park

We’ve got a great evening planned—Remember to bring your swimsuits for the splash pad. You'll also want to bring a lawn chair or blanket to relax and enjoy live music from Josh Berton.

We’ll have free popcorn and water available.
Stop by the Fisk Addition Neighborhood table to pick up a voucher for $3 off any meal from the food trucks.

Free parking will be available in the West High School parking lot.

We can't wait to spend time with our neighbors, community leaders, Green Bay Metro Fire Department, and Green Bay Police Department. See you there!
