We are very proud to have assisted with the style and placement of the new benches and trash receptacles in down town Green Bay! Step by step we are working together to make the down town area a nice place live, work, and play.

Thank you to our friends at Shipyard Neighborhood Association for allowing us to be a part of the process and to Green Bay Public Works for aiding in the installation! ๐Ÿšฎ

PSA! Stay safe out there, neighbors!

Update from your Department of Public Works crews:

We have plowed every street in the city at least once. But here is the reality: the winds are pushing snow right back onto the roads as fast as we can clear them. Our trucks are getting pulled off routes to help free stuck vehicles and support emergency services. It is slowing everything down.

The Snow Emergency has been extended through 11:59 PM Tuesday, March 17. Our crews are working 16-hour shifts and will not stop until the job is done. We ask for your patience and your help.

The single best thing you can do right now is stay off the roads. Every stuck vehicle is one more obstacle between our plows and your street. If you do not need to be out there, please stay home.

Snow Emergency parking restrictions remain in effect through 11:59 PM Tuesday. Vehicles on Snow Emergency routes are subject to ticketing and towing.

We will keep you updated here. Thank you, Green Bay.

Green Bay Declares Snow Emergency

The City of Green Bay is declaring a snow emergency effective at 6PM
Saturday, March 14, 2026, ending at Noon on Monday, March 16, 2026. This snow emergency is being called due to heavy snowfall and the need to clear streets safely and effectively. This snow emergency affects all streets within the corporate limits of the City of Green Bay.

During the snow emergency period, the following restrictions apply:
1)No vehicle is allowed to park on any Green Bay street until the snow emergency has expired
2)Overnight on-street parking permissions will not be granted
3)Vehicles found parking on-street during the snow emergency will be tagged, ticketed and towed at the ownerโ€™s expense
4)All City Parking Garages are open and free Saturday and Sunday should the need arise

Again, the snow emergency will remain in effect until NOON on Monday, March 16, 2026. All City of Green Bay residents and property owners must follow these snow emergency restrictions to 1) avoid receiving citations and vehicle tow charges, and 2) allow the City to clear roads in a safe and efficient manner.

Due to expected extreme conditions caused by this snowstorm, residents are urged not to travel unless necessary. City of Green Bay Public Works thanks everyone for their understanding and support on this issue.

We've been taking a little break from socials, but not from doing the important work that benefits our neighborhood!

Thank you to Green Bay Neighborhoods for honoring us with the Phoenix Award for the revitalization of Tank Neighborhood Association.

We worked hard on a number of events and projects this year, prioritized staying connected with our neighbors, and worked hard to keep our neighborhood a safe and friendly place to be! We will be using this new found momentum in 2026 to install a free little library as well as a historical marker within Tank Park, and have several fun community events in the works for spring and summer.

We are so excited for what's in store, and are extremely honored to be recognized for the work we have completed over the last year of revitalization. Cheers to a new year of celebrating community in down town Green Bay! ๐Ÿ’š
