First UCC- Feed The Hungry GB

First UCC- Feed The Hungry GB Provides a fee breakfast at First United Church of Christ in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month. Everyone is welcome.

Started by Barb and Tom Brenkus over ten years ago, First UCC Feed the Hungry GB has served almost 28,000 meals to nearly 16,000 hungry people. Recently, Barb and Tom have stepped aside, leaving Wade and Georgina Van Horn to continue their mission. Feed the Hungry provides a free breakfast to anyone that is in need of a meal or fellowship. We do not promote the Church or any religious agenda. If s

omeone inquires about the church, then we do share information and literature. We do not solicit donations for the meals. If someone wants to offer a donation, we provide them with an envelope for whatever they are gracious enough to provide. Funds come from private donors who share a passion for feeding hungry people. The breakfast is served by local volunteers. For those who would like to be involved and help volunteer, please contact us and we'll be happy to introduce you to our group and our mission.
