The Village of Bellevue Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is responsible for providing essential community parks, recreation and urban forestry services through quality drive, citizen focused and fiscally responsible efforts. The Village of Bellevue Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is responsible for providing recreational programs and activities for youth, adults and seniors. In

addition, the department is responsible for 13 park and open space areas totaling over 326 acres of which approximately 100 acres have been developed for public use in the form of athletic facilities, shelters, playgrounds, walking trails, etc. Other major responsibilities include routine maintenance of facilities & equipment, providing support services for community special events, park development and managing the Village's urban forest. Youth Tennis Programs Begin Next Week! 🎾

Registration is open for youth tennis programs at Josten Park for ages 5-18. Whether your child is new to tennis or preparing for middle or high school competition, we have a program for them!

All classes are taught by certified coaches from the Green Bay Tennis Center.

⏰ To help ensure your child's spot, please register by 4:00 p.m. today (June 9).

We want to inform everyone that the Bingo event originally scheduled for Thursday, April 30th, which was cancelled, will not be rescheduled due to limited staff availability.

Our next Bingo will take place as planned on Thursday, May 21 from 1:00–3:00 PM at the Community Center (1811 Allouez Ave).

We love this annual tradition with McAuliffe Elementary School! Last week, in celebration of Arbor Day, Brandon (Parks Laborer) and Kyle (Director of PRF), along with a couple Village Trustees, joined Tyler, our Village Forester, to plant an Accolade Elm and answer thoughtful questions from a curious group of third graders.

Update on trails for Tuesday April 21st: East River Trail is back to normal in water levels so the East River Trail has been reopened for full use. Josten Park Trail will need restoration after the trail washed away so it will still be a few weeks before that trail is reopened.
