We are incredibly grateful to The Pink Flamingo Classic for their generous donation to The Wellness Command Post.

Their generosity helps support our mental wellness programs and services for first responders, military, veterans and their families. Every dollar makes an impact in the overall wellness of those on the frontline in our community.

Thank you for standing with our everyday heroes and believing in our mission!

Please help if you can! We are looking for some additional supplies for this Wednesday's Project Group.
Also, we invite all veterans and first responders to join us for a fun project and some shenanigans.

July 22 Warrior Wellness Project Group theme:
Pieces into Peace - Mosaic Mandala

You will create a mosaic-style mandala using small pieces of paper, glass, tiles, or other art materials to symbolize how individual experiences, emotions, strengths, and challenges come together to create a whole person. This project is focused on encouragement, mindfulness, self-expression, patience, and self-acceptance while reinforcing that every piece of our journey has value and contributes to personal growth.

Join our art guru, Sara, tomorrow night!
Try something new for yourself.
