As we get closer to surprise day, we want to pause and share why this family means so much, and why this moment matters.

This year, the family we’re blessing through Best Christmas Ever suffered an unimaginable loss. What should have been a routine surgery ended in tragedy, leaving four children without a parent and a family forced to rebuild their lives in an instant.

Yet through the heartbreak, this family has shown incredible strength, humility, and grace. They’ve leaned on each other. They’ve kept moving forward. And they’ve never once asked for help.

That’s why we’re here.

This isn’t just about gifts.

It’s about showing this family that when life feels impossibly heavy, community shows up. That they are surrounded by love, generosity, and people who care deeply about their future.
