We are dedicated to enriching the lives of kids in care and are currently in need of a few specific items.
- A vanity and a side table to promote a teenager's transition to independence.
- Adult bikes to connect teens with summer job opportunities
- High chairs with straps to provide a secure environment for little ones.

🎉 Big news at Foster the Village! 🎉

As we continue to grow and meet the increasing needs of our community, we’re excited to announce a leadership transition. We shared in March that founder Cheri Salmon is stepping into a part-time Program Manager role, allowing her to focus on what she loves most: supporting foster families and children. 💚

We’re thrilled to welcome Devin Vandertie as our new Executive Director! With nearly a decade of nonprofit leadership experience, Devin is ready to build on our strong foundation and help lead us into an exciting next chapter. 🤝

Our mission remains the same, and we will continue to serve Brown County children and families with care, dignity, and compassion.

The future is bright at Foster the Village. ✨ We’re so grateful to have you on this journey with us! 💙

This remarkable group of future leaders from St. Mark Lutheran School spent the morning with us, demonstrating the true spirit of community service! We provided a tour and then engaged them in activities, sorting books, bringing out infant summer clothing, and packing summer activity bags.
