This World Mental Health Day, it’s useful to know that our youth, especially girls, are suffering the greatest mental health struggles in history. By helping girls learn life skills for coping, confidence, and paving paths to happy, successful lives, we help everyone and promote future prosperity in our communities and the world. Supporting girls’ and boys’ mental health also promotes gender equality and the well-being and safety of women. Let's prioritize youth mental health!

FREE PowerUp Girls for Life and PowerUp Co-Ed programs the week of July 15th in Greeley with lunches, snacks, t-shirts, and water bottles have you covered! Fun, interactive learning experiences teach crucial life skills with videos, games, activities, and demonstrations of careers, hobbies, arts, finance, and fitness.
