VIP: $250.00 per year includes
1. Purchase tickets in advance of the general public

5. Four drink vouchers, and re-useable cups
6. One signed artist poster per year
7. Early entry into the lobby at select performance

Please join us for our All Membership Meeting to be held Wednesday, November 19th at 5:30 pm! The Meeting will be held in the Hensel-Phelps Theatre, 701 10th Avenue in Greeley!

I am sure that many of you are wondering what has been going on with the UCCC Backstage Stars. Due to a number of big changes with the City of Greeley, we have decided to take some time to figure out how we can meet our mission in a new and fantastic way.

That being said, here is what the Board decided would happen, at least for the next year or so:

The following items were what was passed by the Board:
- We will now meeting quarterly
---1st Quarter to Start in January with only the Executive Board Meeting
---2nd Quarter in April - Full Board
---3rd Quarter in July Executive Board
---4th Quarter November - Annual Meeting of Members
-----That means our next meeting will be in July with just the Executive Board.

- Change Levels on Line Only (we will no longer use brochures)
---$250.00 Level - 1) Pre Buy; 2) 15% Discount; 3) One Show Bogo Ticket; 4) (1) Signed Poster
---$100.00 Level - 1) Pre Buy; 2) 15% Discount; 3) (1) Signed Poster
-----Change in selling plan to make it philanthropic instead of perks
-----No more drink vouchers
-----Tickets to Festival of Trees still okay (if we can still obtain them.

We hope you can understand why we had to make these changes, and hope you will stick by us as we figure out how we can best serve our fantastic Union Colony Civic Center!

Merry Christmas! Due to the holiday season, there will not be a Board Meeting this month. Our next Board meeting will be January 15th, 5:30 pm, in room 203 of the Rec Center! I hope to see you there! Calling all UCCC Backstage Stars Members! Our annual Membership Meeting will be held on November 20th at 5:30 pm in the Hensel-Phelps theater at the Union Colony Civic Center. If you are a member, come and hear about what we are doing and all the upcoming events of the year! Food and refreshments will be provided! Do not miss this event!
