Santa Cops of Weld County

What a beautiful morning we had this morning! Falling leaves, beautiful temps all helped get our blood pumping on and this 3.1 miles! Thank you to everyone that came out and helped or participated in our 5k this morning! You all make things possible! Here’s a few pictures and trust me there will be another post soon as we get our race photos!

So much fun! Santa and more!

🎅🎄 Lace up those running shoes… or your Santa boots! 🎄🎅

Santa Cops of Weld County is hosting their INAUGURAL 5K Santa Cops Jingle Jog, and we want YOU, your family, your friends, and yes… even your four-legged running buddies 🐶 to join us!

📍 UNC Campus
📅 Saturday, October 10, 2026
⏰ Check-in/Registration: 7:00 AM
🏃‍♀️ Race starts: 8:30 AM

Come dressed in your most festive holiday gear! 🎄🎅 Ugly sweaters? YES. Santa suits? Obviously. Reindeer antlers? Absolutely. Matching family pajamas? We fully support it. 😂

🎅 BONUS: SANTA WILL BE THERE!
Bring the kids (and your camera!) because there will be a photo opportunity with Santa. 📸🎅 Let’s be honest, this might be the real reason the kids agree to run 3.1 miles. 😉

🐾 Dogs are welcome to participate too! So grab your leash, your pup, and your holiday spirit and come jingle jog with us!

🎁 Santa Cops of Weld County helps provide toys to children in need from low-income families during the holiday season. So while you're getting your steps in, you're also helping make Christmas a little brighter for local kids. ❤️

Can't decide until the last minute? No worries! Registration is available through race day, so you can procrastinate your way right into a festive 5K. 😂

👉 Register here: santacopsofweldcounty.org or scan the QR code on the flyer!

🎄 Come run. Come walk. Come jingle. Come take a picture with Santa. Just come have some fun and support a great cause! 🎅❤️

Santa Cops board members had the opportunity to visit West Ridge Academy for their annual toy donation event. Students brought in new toys to support our nonprofit, and we estimate over 250 toys were collected—a donation that will really brighten the holidays for many kids in our community.

A big shoutout to the students—your kindness and compassion are truly heartwarming! ❤️👏
