nships don't happen overnight — they take time, patience, trust and consistency. So Young Life leaders log many hours with kids — where they are, as they are. We listen to their stories and learn what's important to them because we genuinely care about their joys, triumphs, heartaches and setbacks. We believe in the power of presence. Kids' lives are dramatically impacted when caring adults come alongside them, sharing God's love with them. Because their Young Life leader believes in them, they begin to see that their lives have great worth, meaning and purpose. This is the first step of a lifelong journey; the choices they make today, based upon God's love for them, will impact future decisions … careers chosen, marriages formed and families raised. Young Life in Northern Weld County is in an exciting season of ministry and we are searching for an administrative assistant who will provide the necessary and crucial support to staff and leaders as we continue building our reach to kids in our communities. We need an organized, creative, self-starter to help us in our mission.

This administrative position is part-time, and the hours are flexible (10-15 hours, depending on workload, with opportunity to add more hours over time). All of the work is done on your own time with the exceptions of weekly staff meetings and annual events. This position may be remote.

It is important that the administrator learns to understand the mission of Young Life and reflect a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
