Hello everyone. It is with a heavy heart that I must announce Luv-a-Dad will be on pause this year. We will not be accepting any donations, daddy referrals, nor hosting any fundraisers. This will include the Daddy Daughter Dance, Too Hot to Trot 5k run, and fireworks stand.
I am truly grateful for everyone's support for this organization and our events in previous years and am sorry for any disappointment this may cause. I need time to focus on myself and my family. I will make an announcement at the end of the year as to the fate of this organization moving forward. Thank you all for your understanding and support!
I still care very much about our community and will be participating in an event for St. Baldrick's, an organization dedicated to children's cancer research, this March. This gives me an opportunity to still give back to the community in an area I am passionate about, while preserving time for myself and family. If you are interested in seeking a new charity to support this year in lieu of Luv-a-Dad, please consider this one.
