From the bottom of our hearts we want to express our gratitude for the continued love and support in keeping Damillion’s Legacy alive!

This has evolved into something so much greater than we ever expected. We acknowledge and share our love for all those we have lost to su***de. All those who struggle with suicidal thoughts, ideation, and survivors themselves!! It is extremely important that we take care of our mental health and check in on our loved ones. We are ALL fighting a battle and by putting God first we can all continue forward 🙏🏽

We are so grateful for every person who ran, walked, donated, volunteered, shared our posts, or simply showed up for us. Seeing everyone come together for HOPE means more to our family than we could ever put into words!

Life is an individual race for us all to compete, complete and conquer at our own pace 💜🩵

💜Join us for our 7th Annual Damillion’s Run for HOPE 5K Run/Walk🩵

On October 14, 2019, our family was forever changed when we lost our beloved Damillion to su***de. Damillion is an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend who is so deeply loved and missed every single day ❤️

Almost 7 years without him and some days it still doesn’t feel real. Our family started this run as a way to honor Damillion, keep his memory alive and bring awareness to su***de prevention. Every year it means so much to us to see our family, friends and community come together in his memory. We would love for you to join us again this year!

A little change this year! We were disappointed that Monfort Park wasn’t available for our run this year, but we’re excited to continue the tradition at Sanborn Park!

Together we Run for HOPE

Scholarship day is always an emotional day for our family. It's a day we look forward to but it's also a reminder of why this foundation exists. We miss Damillion every single day and there isn't a scholarship dinner that goes by without wishing he was here.

At the same time this day fills our hearts. This year we were blessed to award five scholarships. Although only three recipients were able to join us for dinner, we are so proud of all five of these amazing students. Thank you for sharing your stories with us and allowing us to be a small part of your journey!

Some days the grief feels heavy. This day it also felt beautiful.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the Damillion Jaize Legacy Foundation over the years. Every prayer, every donation, and every person who believes in our mission helps keep Damillion's legacy alive. We truly couldn't do this without you.

🚨✨ Now Accepting Applications for the Class of 2026 Damillion Jaize Scholarship ✨🚨

As we continue to honor and remember our son, Damillion, we are opening applications for the Class of 2026🎓

Since 2020, with your generosity and support, the Damillion Jaize Legacy Foundation has awarded 30 scholarships to deserving Weld County students. This scholarship is one of the many ways we keep D’s spirit alive and continue sharing his story 💜

Damillion cared deeply about his education and about the things he loved. He worked hard and pushed himself, earning a 4.1 GPA because doing his best truly mattered to him. He brought that same determination to sports, playing many sports over the years, but especially loving basketball and cross country. We hope to support students who reflect that same commitment, perseverance, and heart ❤️

🎓 Scholarship Details:�A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to graduating Weld County seniors (minimum 2.5 GPA) who plan to attend a trade school, college, or university. Funds will be sent directly to the school upon enrollment.

Through this scholarship, we also continue our mission of raising awareness around mental health and supporting young people as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue their dreams
