🚨✨ Now Accepting Applications for the Class of 2026 Damillion Jaize Scholarship ✨🚨

As we continue to honor and remember our son, Damillion, we are opening applications for the Class of 2026🎓

Since 2020, with your generosity and support, the Damillion Jaize Legacy Foundation has awarded 30 scholarships to deserving Weld County students. This scholarship is one of the many ways we keep D’s spirit alive and continue sharing his story 💜

Damillion cared deeply about his education and about the things he loved. He worked hard and pushed himself, earning a 4.1 GPA because doing his best truly mattered to him. He brought that same determination to sports, playing many sports over the years, but especially loving basketball and cross country. We hope to support students who reflect that same commitment, perseverance, and heart ❤️

🎓 Scholarship Details:�A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to graduating Weld County seniors (minimum 2.5 GPA) who plan to attend a trade school, college, or university. Funds will be sent directly to the school upon enrollment.

Through this scholarship, we also continue our mission of raising awareness around mental health and supporting young people as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue their dreams

Join us for our 6th annual 5K Run/Walk to support su***de prevention and spread hope in memory of Damillion!

On October 14, 2019 our family was forever changed when we lost our beloved Damillion to su***de. Damillion is an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend who is dearly loved and deeply missed!!

Almost 6 years without Damillion, and the pain is still real. Our family honors his memory through our annual 5K — a day to celebrate his life, raise awareness, and stand together for su***de prevention 💜💜Join us in keeping his legacy alive!

As we continue to honor the memory of our son, Damillion, we are proud to announce that the Damillion Jaize Legacy Foundation is now accepting applications for the Class of 2025!

This is one of the many ways we keep D’s spirit alive and share his story with the community! Since 2020, thanks to your generosity and support, we have awarded 24 scholarships to deserving students!!

Damillion was an exceptional student who was dedicated to his studies and achieved numerous accolades for his academic achievements. He was also involved in sports his entire life. He played all sports but, above all, had a love for basketball and cross country. We are looking for students who embody Damillion’s dedication to education, athletics, and a strong work ethic.

Scholarship Details:
Our scholarship aims to support Weld County High School students with a $1,000 award in Damillion’s honor. We invite applications from graduating seniors in the Class of 2025 who have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate a need for financial assistance in pursuing their education. The scholarship funds may be used for tuition, books, fees, or other costs associated with an accredited two or four year college, university, or technical school. Funds will be disbursed directly to the school at the start of the 1st semester of enrollment, which must occur within one year of application approval.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support students in their educational journeys, just as Damillion would have wanted. If you or someone you know is eligible, please apply and help us keep his legacy alive in our hearts!
