Knux isn't just a business - IT'S AN IDEA. An idea that was born in the garage with my father, working on a car, or a tractor, or a dirtbike. I certainly didn't know it then, but those hot summers and late evenings would prove to be more valuable that the knowledge gained. They would forge a sense of self-reliance and confidence that have stayed with me to this day.

My hope is to bring that sense of resilience and empowerment to the Rochester Community. Weekends are not for the sitting on the couch, PlayStation, or the Instagram Feed - they are meant for the driveway or the back yard. They are supposed to be filled with hard work, busted knuckles, high fives, and a cold beverage.

I challenge you to embrace self-reliance. Pick up a wrench, or a screwdriver, or a roll of duct tape and fix that thing that needs fixin'. If you're not sure where to start, we're here to help.

What was your very first car, and what's the first thing that broke on it? I'll go first: I had a 1995 Silver 2-door GMC Jimmy (I still miss that beautiful beast). The first thing I remember was having to replace the brake pads and my dad and I did it together in our garage. I specifically remember having to pump the brakes and having no idea why - just "Ok press - now release - press again - release".

I want to give a massive shout-out to Dan Jagears for being the first person to officially Fuel the Build at Knux Garage. Dan is a Marine I had the honor of serving with in Okinawa, and today he became our very first Ignition Series founding member.

It's hard to come up with words to express my appreciation. Knux Garage, at the core, is about community, support, and mentorship. Having a brother-in-arms be first to the fight could not have been more perfect.

ROCHESTER! Your vehicle's maintenance doesn't need to be a mystery that you pay someone else to handle! You have the ability and you have the drive - you just need the right place!

Knux Garage is here to change the whole game. We are Rochester's First community garage! Workshops are where you bring your car and your spirit - and we give you the space, the tools, and the knowledge. We'll guide you through those basic services that up till now - meant handing over a blank check to a service center. Bay Rentals are for those who need some space, the lifts, or maybe just a heated bay in those cold Rochester winters.

WE ARE NOW IN THE IGNITION PHASE.
We are looking for our first "Founding Members" to help us build the ultimate DIY sanctuary in Rochester. Whether you want to master a brake job in our workshops or rent a bay to finally finish that project, we want you in the shop.
