Hamentashen Recipe Bnei Akiva High School Event

Ingredients:
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs (plus one more for egg wash)
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch kosher salt
- Your favorite fillings!!!

Needed Utensils:
- Cookie sheets
- Large bowl
- Measuring cups
- Whisk
- Spatula
- Rolling pin
- Circle cookie cutter or glass cup
