Welcome to the neighborhood! The Greenview Village Townhouse Community, Sections 2 & 3, Homeowner’s Association was founded in 1985. The association is comprised of 45 homes, located along Military Lane and Church Drive. Anyone who owns a home in Sections 2 & 3 is automatically a member of the HOA, and is also responsible for paying annual dues. The HOA takes care of common area grounds maintenanc

e, which includes grassy areas around mailboxes, parking lots, dumpster fences, street lights, etc. The HOA pays for trash removal for the homes in Sections 2 & 3. Homeowners are encouraged to participate in the HOA by attending the annual meeting. The annual HOA meeting takes place every summer at the Lexington Park Public Library.
