Great Falls Clinic Legacy Foundation The Great Falls Clinic Legacy Foundation is dedicated to helping patients and families from around Montana seeking medical treatment in Great Falls, Montana.

The Legacy Foundation is located in Great Falls, the hub of North Central Montana and serves patients and their families traveling to Great Falls for medical treatment by providing free, temporary housing and other amenities and programs. For many years, there has been a great need in our community for patient housing while receiving outpatient treatment. The Foundation and a generous community wi

ll take us to a new level of service in the area of healthcare. The care and comfort of our patients and families are of the utmost importance to us and sustaining our patient housing facility has become our top priority.

Our Tree of Giving offers a beautiful way to honor someone you love. Each engraved leaf on our handcrafted walnut tree represents a life remembered, some already inscribed, each telling its own story.

Your tribute not only creates a permanent place of remembrance, but also helps provide comfort and support to families through patient housing.

We are incredibly thankful to everyone who participated in Give Great Falls and supported our local nonprofit community. With 71 nonprofits involved, the generosity shown was truly inspiring.
Thanks to our amazing donors, Legacy Foundation raised $2,025, which will directly benefit patients and families traveling to our community for medical treatment. Your support helps us continue providing a safe, comfortable place when it matters most.
