210pm We have water, I’m blowing it off for awhile! Wednesday 6/17/26 9am. We have a main break on the west end of Cove Lane. We will have no water or interruptions while we repair the main in this area.

Update water should be back on 6pm! Lake Flat area, we have a main break. Kenden is on his way to shut water off. 1pm Wednesday 6/10/26.

If you were riding tonight 5/18/26 on Roberts & Homestead Acers Water & Sewer District properties off of Dennis Lane/ North Cove; please bring a copy of your written permission to access onto these private property to the office. Or I will turn camera footage over to CCSO.
Tuesday 5/19/26 Majestic Bluff Lane area we will continue to work on the break.
We are testing Copper/Lead/nitrates and PFAS(forever plastics) this week.

Majestic Bluff area, water will be off at 1030 am today. Monday May 18, 2026. Our Friday fix didn’t fix our leak!

On May 14th or 15th of this week, a repair will be conducted on Majestic Bluff, resulting in water interruptions in the area at that time.

We have two errors in our billing software that are being corrected by Black Mountain software. If you have a credit or a bill that is 90 days overdue with a balance of $196.62 or more there will be a 15% late fee added. If you have a credit it was applied to your bill incorrectly. Online statements and bill cards may have corrections to them. These two options have errors in the billing.

You may see meters above ground or insulation on your fence lines. I am drying out some meter pits and will be back to fix them!

I have multiple meters pulled up like the one in these photos after I’ve been meter reading. I’m trying to get them all fixed so that you will have actual numbers on your water bills. Not just estimates. I have to leave some up until parts come in. If I contacted you and had to turn water off today, they will be replaced Thursday April 30, 2026. I have some under water, I will be around to pump that water out and then pull those meters as well.

Thursday April 30, 2026 we will be working on Country Lane.

I believe I have contacted everyone that would be affected. Country lane may have disruption in water.

Majestic Bluff has a break that has been added to the to do list again. Sorry
* I have a few meters left that customers have to put in Friday or Monday.
* You may see water running down roads or out of ends of the water lines or fire hydrants. I am doing as many blow offs while it’s nice.
