It is almost time for our annual Grant Cycle to open up!! The GFACF will start accepting grant applications on July 1 for our mini-grants ranging from $500-$1,000. Applications can be found on our website starting July 1!

The funding for these grants comes from donors just like you. Every year, we pull from our endowment which was created to leave a lasting legacy in Cascade County, now and well into the future.

As we reflect on the incredible week of giving we just had, we would like to express a heartfelt thank you to you, our community members. You are all incredible humans, and the support you provide to these nonprofits is amazing!!

Thank you, Great Falls, for your support during Give Great Falls, for your support every day, and for your support throughout the year. We would not be able to do what we do without you.

If you want to keep our local nonprofits in your gifts, the GFACF is still growing our endowment so we can make lasting impacts every year, now and far into the future.

We are officially over what we were able to raise last year, but we are not done yet!!

Keep going, Great Falls!!

04/29/2026

We are half way through Give Great Falls, which means there is still plenty of time to support! The GFACF is putting all donations during this week directly into our endowment, so we can support the future of Great Falls and the surrounding area for generations to come.

Leave your legacy today!

Thank you to everyone who came out for the Nonprofit Showcase last night! We had a blast celebrating each and every nonprofit.

We are now just under $30,000 on day three of our campaign. Keep it going, Great Falls!!!!

04/28/2026

Since 2021, we have been able to give over $35,000 back to nonprofits within our community. That's amazing! We can't do this without the support of you, our donors!

During Give Great Falls, all donations that come directly to the Great Falls Area Community Foundation will go into our endowment. This, in turn, goes back to our community, helping us leave a lasting legacy in the Great Falls Area.

Leaving a lasting legacy means more grants and lasting support for local nonprofits. All donations directly to the Great Falls Area Community Foundation during this week go directly into our endowment. In 2025 we granted $7,580 to our community, and the only way to give more, is by receiving more donations!

Last year's grant recipients were:
Belt Theater Company, CASA-CAN, Cascade County Law Clinic, Cascade Farmers Market, FISH, Grace Haven, Great Falls Community Food Bank, Great Falls Scottish Rite Childhood Language Disorders Clinic, Great Falls Symphony, Montana School for the Deaf and Blind, SPARK! Children's Museum, Sun River Watershed Group, The History Museum, and Young Parents Education Center.
