“Be very open with kids,” Paul said. “It should be a dinner discussion, like, ‘Hey, what are you seeing? Are your friends va**ng? Do you feel pressure?’”

💙 Week #20 of our 40 Weeks of Kindness! 💙

This week, we encourage you to celebrate Father’s by showing appreciation for a father, father figure, mentor, or positive male role model in your life. Whether it's a phone call, a handwritten note, spending time together, or simply saying "thank you," small acts of kindness can make a big impact.

Not everyone has a father in their life, but many of us have someone who has stepped into that role and offered guidance, support, and encouragement. Take a moment to recognize them this week.

Let's spread kindness by supporting and celebrating the dads and father figures who help strengthen our families and our community. 👨‍👧‍👦💜

Week #19 of 40 💙

This week's action: Wear blue for Men's Mental Health Awareness Month and support a man in your life with his mental health.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, encourage conversations, and remind the men in our lives that it's okay to ask for help. Wear blue throughout the month and take a moment to check in with someone you care about. A simple conversation can make a big difference!

Together, we can help create a community where everyone feels supported. 💙 The Sober Life
