Together with the Sun River Watershed Group, we can't WAIT to welcome back Amy Grisak to speak on Thursday, May 21 in our final Stories From the River series talk. Amy's talk is titled "Listening to the Wild.” It runs from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Cordingley Room and is free to attend.

A Great Falls native, Amy has worked for a decade on natural history programs for National Geographic Television specializing in grizzlies and mountain lions, but pika have always had her heart! Besides writing for hundreds of magazines and online publications, Amy is the author of "Nature Guide to Glacier and Waterton Lakes National Park," "Found Photos of Yellowstone," and "100 Things to Do in Bozeman Before You Die."

Join us for a special combination of some important land stewardship work with an educational and fun interpretive event at Tower Rock State Park on Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. to noon!

Americorps member Cecilia will be leading the removal of invasive cheatgrass from the trail, while Americorps member Alysa will discuss the natural history of this site on the Lewis and Clark Trail located south of Cascade.

Plan to arrive around 9:45 a.m., and bring close-toed shoes and work gloves if you have them. Please sign up in advance by calling First Peoples Buffalo Jump at 866-2217.
