๐ŸŒŸ Pacesetter Spotlight: Independence Bank ๐ŸŒŸ

United Way of Cascade County is proud to recognize Independence Bank as one of our incredible Pacesetter organizations. Together, our Pacesetters account for more than 60% of our annual campaign, helping create lasting impact across Cascade County.

This year, Independence Bank employees stepped up once again, raising more than $4,000 to help our community thrive. Their commitment to giving back continues to make a meaningful difference for local families and individuals.

But their creativity didn't stop with fundraising! At our Pacesetter Putt-Putt event, the Independence Bank team designed a hole so legendary it challenged even the most seasoned "master golfers." It was a perfect example of the ingenuity, teamwork, and problem-solving spirit they bring to everything they do.

Thank you, Independence Bank, for your generosity, enthusiasm, and unwavering commitment to making Cascade County a stronger community for all. ๐Ÿ’™

A big THANK YOU to Bravara, one of our valued Pacesetters, for including United Way of Cascade County in your employee giving campaign! ๐Ÿ’™

We are grateful for your partnership and continued support of our mission to strengthen our community. Thanks to the generosity of Bravara Bank employeesโ€”and with matching funds provided through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Member Impact Fundโ€”these contributions will help support Cascade County Meals on Wheels and ensure local seniors receive nutritious meals and meaningful connections.

Together, we're making a difference in the lives of our neighbors across Cascade County. Thank you for investing in a stronger, healthier community! ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿššโค๏ธ

๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿ’™ Thank you, Great Falls!

Our 15th Annual Take Pride In Our Parks event was a tremendous success. In partnership with Great Falls Park & Recreation, volunteers rolled up their sleeves to clean up and spread fresh wood chips at 10 city parks, helping keep these community spaces safe, welcoming, and beautiful for everyone.

A huge thank you to volunteers from LPW Architecture, D.A. Davidson Companies, Paris Gibson Education Center, Kairos Youth Services, Inc, United Way staff and board members, Malmstrom Air Force Base, General Mills, Great Falls High School, Dynamic Recovery & The Sober Life, and community members who dedicated their time and energy to this effort.

When businesses, organizations, schools, service members, and neighbors come together, the impact is visible across our community.

Thank you for helping make Great Falls a place where everyone can thrive. ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒณ

Thanks to P Justin Robicheau and KRTV Great Falls for joining us and talking to students during yesterday's Graduation Walks. More than 180 seniors visited their elementary schools to visit the many people that led to their success. Hear what a senior had to say:

Great Falls High School seniors returned to the 15 elementary schools they once attended as part of the Graduate to Elevate program

Today was our annual Graduation Walks, and what an inspiring day it was! ๐ŸŽ“โœจ

More than 180 graduating seniors returned to their elementary schools as part of our Graduate to Elevate initiative in partnership with Great Falls Public Schools .

These walks give seniors the opportunity to reconnect with the teachers and staff who helped guide them to this important milestone, while also inspiring younger students to imagine their own bright futures after graduation.

Seeing students celebrated by their school communities is a powerful reminder of whatโ€™s possible when we invest in education, mentorship, and opportunity for every child.

Weโ€™ll be sharing more photos and video from todayโ€™s walks throughout the week โ€” stay tuned! ๐Ÿ’™

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible Pacesetter partner, JCCS , for another outstanding United Way workplace campaign! ๐Ÿ’™

This year, the JCCS team raised nearly $6,000 to support vital programs serving families and individuals across Cascade County. Their generosity, energy, and community spirit continue to make a lasting impact.

They also brought their competitive side to our first-ever Pacesetter Putt-Putt event to help kick off campaign season โ€” proving they can sink putts and exceed fundraising goals! โ›ณ๐Ÿ‘

Pacesetter businesses like JCCS help lead the way each year, collectively contributing more than 60% of our annual campaign and inspiring others to get involved.

Thank you, JCCS, for being true champions for our community.

Why does Jordann Lankford-Forster give to United Way of Cascade County? Because strong schools, strong families, and strong communities go hand in hand. ๐Ÿ’™

As a leader with Great Falls Public Schools and a United Way board member, Jordann knows that when we invest together, we create opportunities for everyone to thrive.

Watch this weekโ€™s Why I Give Wednesday to hear why supporting United Way matters to her.

Today, students from LIFT shared their work with the Community Impact Council from United Way of Hill County โ€” highlighting the power of youth-led mental health advocacy.

LIFT is a unique partnership between Great Falls Public Schools, Alliance for Youth and United Way that empowers students to connect with their peers, share mental health resources, and reduce the stigma around conversations about anxiety, depression, and other challenges facing young people today.

As Way of Hill County explores ways to address student mental health concerns in their communities, they are looking at LIFT as a model for future efforts. This collaboration is one example of how we continue working together to strengthen communities since our merger last year.

We are proud of these students for using their voices to create change and support one another. ๐Ÿ’™
