Duchess is a sweet, inquisitive, affectionate, playful, and sociable two-year-old dog.

She already loves going for walks, giving kisses, getting pets, and gets along with other dogs and children.

Duchess is currently being fostered near Wi******er, VA.

Another day, another dog. Charlie has been in foster care for many months after he was found as a stray on the side of the road.

No apps.
No interest.
No east coast foster care.

We need to get him out of Houston and transported east so he can find somebody that wants him.

is said to be good with kids, cats and dogs. He’s only a year or two old. He loves to play ball. He’s very, very handsome.

Can anybody help him? It makes my heart hurt for the overlooked dogs. The ones people see right past.

She’s out there all alone… it’s been months. Finding fosters feels impossible these days.

What is preventing you from becoming a foster parent? Have you considered it and are unsure how the process works?

These dogs need help. We can’t do anything without a committed foster. There are a bunch of puppies here too, but one by one they go missing.

Feeling overwhelmed with the lack of fosters for these dogs 💔

We were making posts today seeking sponsors for transport, and the first dog got bunches of attention right away.

But Nala. Dead silence.

Black Dog Syndrome is real. 🥺 I don’t think it’s intentional on anyone’s part. Luck of the draw perhaps.

Transport Sponsor Needed 🚘💸

Black dog syndrome didn’t stop Nala from finding someone who wanted her! After four long months, Nala finally got picked. 🖤

Nala was an owner surrender to a shelter in Texas. We don’t know much about her past, but like so many of our dogs, it’s obvious the world had not been too kind to her. She would tuck her tail and cower in response to anything new. She needed time, patience, and someone willing to show her that she was safe.

Nala has spent the last four months in a foster home learning how to trust. During that time, she has enjoyed running around with her foster siblings, playing fetch with her favorite tennis ball, and soaking up plenty of cuddles from her foster family.

And now, Nala has found her forever home! 🥹

She’s traveling up to Pennsylvania, where she’ll have wonderful, experienced parents, two human siblings, and even a fur sibling to show her the ropes. Now we just need to get her there!

Transport Sponsor Needed 🚙💰

Meet Little Jellybean.

She’s been sitting in the shelter for two months already. It’s not uncommon for dogs here to never get adopted. Oftentimes, puppies grow up in the shelter, go stir-crazy, hit the euthanasia list, and are put to sleep.

They enter the shelter as babies and spend their whole lives there, never making it out alive.

We didn’t want that to happen to this sweet angel, so we found her a foster, and she’s ready to ship off to Virginia to find her forever people!

We are looking for sponsors to cover her $300 transportation cost. 🙏 And, of course, we are looking for an adopter.

We don’t know much about her other than she’s young, she’s friendly, and she’s just begging to get out of there!

Let’s show this little girl people care. 💝
