The Central Michigan University band, current home of former GFHS band director James Batcheller, is playing a couple of Bukvich pieces tonight, including the Flourish he wrote for another former GFHS band director, Bill Larson, and the Hymn of St Francis that I played at GFHS years ago. Concert begins with their 3rd band. Bukvich tunes should be up around 8:15 Eastern Time if you’re interested.
