BE AWARE: Several leaders have had scammers create email addresses using their name and position. This week alone, Finance Chairman Bonnie Stroup Axtell and District 2 President Cindy Ward has had this happen. Officers and Chairpersons WILL NEVER ask you to purchase gift cards via email. It is a scam. Do your due diligence and verify before completing any such tasks requested via email. When in doubt, pick up the phone and call the leader to verify. Share the below graphic.

Oh, what a night! We want to say a gigantic, thank you to everyone who attended the event this year! We hope you had a fantastic time… Congratulations to Pat, winner of the 50/50 drawing this year and Thank You to everyone who purchased tickets.
Also, a big shout out to our auctioneers, Rick Munsch for smoking the meat for dinner, all of the ladies who made side dishes and the ladies from the Kansas American Legion Auxiliary Unit 180s who work so hard to put on this fantastic event every single year! 
Last but certainly not least we want to express our appreciation for our band “THE LOCALS“ who provide a great time every single year!! See y’all next year!!!
