Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our Thornewood Tea! 🫖

It was a wonderful afternoon spending lunch together, sharing updates on our housing initiatives across Great Barrington, Lee, and Egremont, and celebrating the impact of our Small Business Technical Assistance program.

We were also excited to share the vision behind our new name: Impact South County (formerly CDCSB). While our name has evolved, our mission remains the same—creating housing, supporting local entrepreneurs, and building a thriving South County together.

After more than 40 years of serving South Berkshire County, we're excited to introduce our new name:

Impact South County

Formerly Community Development Corporation South Berkshire (CDCSB)

While our name is changing, our mission isn't.

We're still creating housing opportunities, supporting local businesses, and investing in the people and places that make South County thrive. Our new name simply reflects the impact we've been making together all along.

From new workforce homeownership in Egremont...
To 69 new affordable homes planned in Lee...
To preserving Thornewood as workforce housing...
To helping more than 100 local businesses grow...
