Hi, mama caren? Hope you and Baba are are doing great. We had a successful term two that ended last week. I have just been reflecting how your selfless contribution to Angiya school and the community has created great impact. The feeding program that through your input ran throughout the term seeing all kids eat in school while famine was severe back at home was a miracle. The medical service in place through out the term while the Kenyan insurance could not cover the most vulnerable cases in the community our kids accessed medical attention and all are in sound health except one girl in grade 4 who succumbed to cancer. The clean water in school is just a mazing. Let me highlight this: your introduction of attending to flowers by traping the overflowing water using the basins you bought have worked wonders I took the initiative to plant flowers in front of classrooms, runway from both the muzungu gate and the main one and now the compound looks like an heaven on earth. The support you gave towards games, balls, nets, field equipment made us to excel and made history in games participating to regions in Rugby, county level in football both boys and girls. Mama I can't mention them all. For this reason I personally take time to thank you in particular as well as the sawa team. You created unmatched impact and legacy that speaks volumes. My prayer to God is to grant you long life to continue in your endeavours.

Leaving in 3 weeks to go to Angiya for our annual checkup on the school and clinic. Sanitary napkin project is underway and $9.00(5 reusable pads, 2 pairs of underwear and laundry soap)will get a young girl the products that she needs for a year. We have approximately 170 age appropriate young ladies. Stay tuned
