Stop by and see Baywood Rescue Squad set up at Baywood Market as we help spread awareness about the importance of Hands-Only CPR.

A cardiac emergency can happen anytime, anywhere — and knowing what to do in those first few minutes can save the life of a family member, friend, neighbor, or complete stranger. Hands-Only CPR is simple, effective, and something anyone can learn.
