The Woodland Brook Garage Sale is this coming Saturday , April 18th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We will have signs posted at GA-20, Ozora Rd, and several on Herring.

The Woodland Brook sale is the same weekend as the Middleton neighborhood sale, so we look to have increased traffic through the neighborhood.

So clean out your basement and garage for some spare cash.

Hi Everyone,

Each year, we purchase a banner for the 2026 high school and college graduates. Since only two students were identified as graduates last year, we only had smaller signs made.

Please contact Anne Fields at [email protected] by April 15 with the student's full name and school. If the student is graduating from college, please include the degree.

The banner will then be printed by early May and placed at the main entrance of Woodland Brook.

Spring HOA Meeting will e held at the new playground pavilion this SATURDAY the 28th of March at 2:30PM.

Our Spring Homeowners meeting will be held on May 5, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Grayson First Baptist Church’s Little White House. It’s the small white building to the right of the main building. Please plan to attend.
