Friends, this is the kind of impact your partnership makes possible!

Because of YouthReach International’s sponsorship program,
Hope Alicia in Choma, Zambia 🇿🇲
just graduated from Eden University. 🎓

Her story?
Fruit for God’s glory. 🙌
And if you look closely at her stole — Jeremiah 29:11.

Our signature verse isn’t just what we say —
it’s what we see.

Because of the vision God placed on YouthReach International, and the faithful partners who carry it forward, we’re watching His plans unfold —
one life, one story at a time!

These items aren’t just “nice to have.” They help the team create a fun mentoring atmosphere for kids who had to leave everything behind.

From July 5–7, YouthReach International volunteers helped Oasis of Life Family Church in Choma, Zambia plan a weekend day camp with the theme “Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus”

🙌 69 youth showed up
💛 41 made the powerful decision to commit their lives to Christ
🔥 10 local youth mentors stepped up to lead—and they’re still visiting kids in their homes!

The camp ended with a dinner thanking the youth mentors for their service.

4 of them have now committed to helping teach in the church’s children’s ministry every Sunday!

For many, it was their first time serving, and now they’re already asking, “When’s the next one?”

More good news— for August, Oasis of Life Family Church is planning another camp, even bigger, bringing together youth in the YouthReach International sponsorship program as well as two partner ministries.

Your support helps spread the Gospel to the next generation around the world!

Do you remember your first time going to camp?

Starting July 5th, 100 young teens (age 11-12) in Choma, Zambia will have the chance to attend the Oasis of Life Family Church Day Camp!

Join us in praying for the kids attending this camp and the dedicated mentors serving them this week.

Thanks to Michele Fant’s creative leadership, the students will learn from a curriculum she wrote called “Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus.” Our specific prayer is that the kids (and mentors) get to experience what it’s like to walk that path together, sharing in the light of Jesus and a hope in the future. David Grossnickle, Kelvin Kazhinga, Fran Andrews, and Pastor Edwin Chikonga are also responsible for stewarding this camp.

Thank you for believing in our shared purpose and walking with us every step of the way!

In April, Rob Browne, our late Executive Director, met with Pastor Dennis Hermann of Zion Church in Augsburg, Germany.

Rob shared YouthReach International's vision for the orphaned refugee children of Father’s House, and Pastor Dennis responded with an open door and an open heart.

Those moments set the stage for developing a local-church partnership— a direct answer to your prayers!

Please continue praying for the following dreams:

🙏 For the 34 Ukrainian orphans of Father's House Children's Aid Shelter. If you’d like to pray for the children by name, check this linked photo directory.

🙏 For their guardians Aleksey and Lidia, and caregivers Max and Svitlana. (Featured in the photos).

🙏For Joyliana, our Traci Dunn Browne Legacy Fellow, as well as mentors Kristina, Maria, and every person who ministers to the children.

🙏 For the Board of Directors deepening connection and finding fruitful ways to work together with Pastor Dennis and the people of Zion Church. (Featured in the photo).

🙏For the children and youth we work with to have life-changing encounters with the love of Jesus.

Robert “Rob” Coleman Browne, aged 56, passed away on May 1, 2025.

He was born on November 22, 1968, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Nancy Scraggs Browne and the late Cecil Coleman Browne.

He is preceded in death by the love of his life, the late Traci Dunn Browne.

Rob will forever be remembered by his children, Benjamin Browne, Nate Browne, Aidan Browne, and Anna Grace Browne; his mother, Nancy Scraggs Browne; his brother, Philip Browne, and his wife and Rob’s sister-in-law, Kara Browne; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tim and Sheila Dunn; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Allan and Jayme Dunn; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Rob will always be remembered for his joyful spirit, no matter the circumstances, his love for others to the ends of the earth, but most importantly his love for his family.

Rob left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His larger-than-life personality, and ability to make everyone feel special and cared for were just a couple defining characteristics of Rob.

“Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!” — Matthew 25:23

Rob’s Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, May 25 at 2:00 PM
at Campus Church: 1525 Indian Trail Lilburn Rd NW, Norcross, GA 30093.

In lieu of flowers, you are invited to honor Rob’s twenty-year legacy of serving and leading YouthReach International by making a gift to this ministry that meant the world to him and Traci. Please include “In Memory of Rob Browne” in the note section when giving.

May 1, 2025 — Today is the National Day of Prayer. A day set aside to beseech heaven to heal our land and to bring us together as one family with our heavenly Father.

We, at YouthReach International, come to you asking for an additional prayer today.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we tell you that Rob Browne, President and CEO of YouthReach International, entered the presence of His Lord early this morning.

Please join us in fervent prayer for Rob’s family:

His sons – Benjamin, Nate, Aidan, and his daughter Anna.

His mother, Nancy, and brother Philip.

And Traci’s parents – Tim and Sheila Dunn.

Arrangements are pending.
