PCCS Cub Scout Pack 231 is ready for the 2026 Pinewood Derby Jamboree!!! Weigh in ⚖️ starts in an hour and the big day is tomorrow 😀.

Prairie Crossing Charter School and Gurnee American Legion Post 771 friends and families are welcome to come out and cheer on your friends who are participating. We have some extra cars if you want o get in on the fun.

We have lots of games, concessions and fun to be had! Shoutout to all of our volunteers and sponsors Just for Fun 2 Roller Rink, Ultimate Ninjas Libertyville, Mueller Holiday Lights, Scouting America Northeast Illinois Council, Hawthorn Mall, and Lake Street Rental in Mundelein.

PCCS Cub Scout Pack 231 had the opportunity to represent Gurnee American Legion Post 771, Prairie Crossing Charter School, and Scouting America Northeast Illinois Council at the Chicago Wolves game. Our Scouts did an amazing job present our Nation’s flag and Pack flag for the National Anthem 🇺🇸🤩 (actual date 1/11/26).

We had scouts from Scouting America Northeast Illinois Council PCCS Cub Scout Pack 231, Troop Scouts672.org, and Boy Scouts Troop 96, Grayslake, IL participate in the flag ceremony at the Veteran’s Day assembly and celebration Prairie Crossing Charter School today. Thank you to all who have served in our military. A special shout out to the Veterans at Gurnee American Legion Post 771 who charter Pack 231.

PCCS Cub Scout Pack 231 is raising funds for this year’s adventures at Jewel-Osco. Many of our Scouts attend Prairie Crossing Charter School and we are Chartered by Gurnee American Legion Post 771 and are a part of Scouting America Northeast Illinois Council. Come do some shopppng and support our Scouts on the way out😀. Funds raised go towards camping, awards, and special events.

PCCS Cub Scout Pack 231 is back at Tony's Fresh Market - Round Lake Beach today raising funds for our adventures. One of our cubs is getting some older brother and Pack 232 alumni support from Scouts672.org!!

Big shout out to Tony’s Fresh Market for supporting the community. We highly recommend their seasoned taco meat. We did a taco bar on our last campout and it was amazing!!!

As always, a big thabn you to our Charter Gurnee American Legion Post 771, Prairie Crossing Charter School for our meeting location and our amazing council Scouting America Northeast Illinois Council.
