Annual Community Clothing Drive We collect clothing donations and give them away free to the public. For questions or donation pickup call Christy at (989)745-5532 or Jamie at (989) 390-7729,

We collect donations of clothing of all sizes and various other children’s items, throughout the month of August, and on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend each year we will be displaying all of the donations collected and giving them away for free to the public .We added a Backpack giveaway with donations from local Businesses...... This always takes place in the parking lot of North Country Corn

er in Grayling, rain or shine. Donations can be dropped off at Christian Help Center or will be picked up if the need arises.

We are looking to form a committee for the Annual Community Clothing Drive. I, Jamie Reed, will be stepping back as the primary organizer to make way for new people to take the reigns on this amazing event Christy and I started in 2010. I will be staying on this committee as a volunteer, but this event has always been bigger than one person alone can handle. If you are interested in being a part of this committee, contact me and we can discuss further. Thank you to the community of Grayling for always making this a successful event! We are looking forward to seeing what the future has in store!

Hi everyone! This year has been a bit overwhelming doing it all on my own, so I shortened the donation window to just under three weeks as to not completely overwhelm myself. Here is the information everyone has been waiting for. Please contact Jamie Reed for any questions or donation pickup. I will be seeking MANY volunteers this year, so please contact me. One of the biggest changes this year is donation drop off. I am not using the Christian Help Center as a 24 hour drop off this year as I just can't handle the influx right now. Next year will likely be a different story, but this year, my partner retired and as a busy person with a full-time job, it's been a struggle.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know that all information regarding the Annual Community Clothing Drive will be out this week. Since it is now just me running the event, I'm shortening the donation window to three weeks, as to not overwhelm myself. I am seeking a LOT of volunteers throughout August and on the day of the event, which is Saturday September 2, 2023. Please contact me, Jamie if you want to help. Hi everyone! This is Jamie Reed Snyder and I just want to thank Christy for her many years of hard work with the Annual Community Clothing Drive! She will be missed! That being said, the clothing drive will continue and I'll be looking for extra help this year, so please reach out if you're interested in helping in any capacity. I need help throughout the entire month of August and on September 1 and 2. There is no specific time commitment. All help is good help. Let's make 2023 a great year!❤️

Hi I'm Christy Snyder one of the original co-founders of the Annual Community Clothing Drive I have thought really long and hard about this and I am choosing to retire this year from the clothing drive I have spent many many years working very long and hard on this and it was definitely not an easy decision to make .
