What a great first day of basketball camp! The energy was high from start to finish with players competing, learning, and having a ton of fun across all divisions!

The Gray-New Gloucester Girls’ Basketball Program is excited to offer two fantastic summer opportunities for players entering grades 3–8. Whether your athlete is just getting started or looking to sharpen her skills, these programs focus on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun!

🌟 Patriot Basketball Camp (June)
📍 Location: GNGHS Gym
📅 June 22–26
⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
💲 Cost: $120

Players will build their understanding of the game through shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and screening. Campers will be grouped by age and ability, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and individual growth. The week wraps up with an exciting skills competition!

🏀 Patriot Summer Clinic (July)
📍 Location: GNGHS Gym
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 7–30
Grades 3–5: 8:00–9:00 AM
Grades 6–8: 9:00–10:00 AM
💲 Cost: $80

This clinic offers a fun introduction to basketball fundamentals, including defensive stance, court movement, dribbling, passing, and shooting. Each session concludes with a scrimmage to put new skills into action.

🏀 GNG 3,000 SHOT CLUB IS BACK FOR 2026! 🏀

Calling all Patriots entering grades 3–8 — it’s time to put in the work this offseason! 💪

We’re challenging players to complete 3,000 game-like shots between June 1st and August 31st. The players who improve the most are usually the ones putting in extra reps when nobody’s watching.

WHY JOIN THE 3K SHOT CLUB?
✅ Become a more confident shooter and better overall player
✅ Earn recognition as an official Patriot 3,000 Shot Club member
✅ Receive a custom 3K Shot Club t-shirt
✅ Be recognized at a GNG varsity basketball game

HOW IT WORKS:
🏀 Take 3,000 game-speed shots outside of practices, games, and camps
🏀 Free throws count
🏀 Track your shots using the official log or Google Sheet
🏀 Have a parent/guardian sign off
🏀 Submit your completed log to [email protected] with your name, grade, and shirt size
