The kids had a great time on the new playground equipment at the Gray Community picnic. Thanks again to the sponsors who made this project possible - Jenner Rod & Gun Club, American Legion in Boswell, Ferndale Sportsman Club and The Jerome Polish Falcons.

Just a reminder. Tomorrow is the Gray community picnic at 2. Hope to see you there. Come out and enjoy free food and support our efforts and buy some 50/50 tickets or basket raffle tickets. We have some really nice baskets. Bring the kids to enjoy our new playground equipment.

🐾 The Humane Society Needs Your Help! 🐾

Our furry friends go through a lot of laundry every day — from towels and blankets to bedding. Our washers and dryers are working hard around the clock, and we need replacements.

We’re looking for donations of both new and gently used washers and dryers to help keep our shelter clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every animal that comes through our doors.

If you have a working unit you’d like to donate — or know someone upgrading their appliances — please reach out!

📍 Drop-off Location: 204 Whitetail Rd. Somerset, PA 15501
📞 Contact: 814-443-2121
💙 Every bit of help makes a huge difference in the lives of our animals. Thank you for supporting your local humane society!
