Wow! How is fair week already over?? I had the absolute best week here at the fair! Today I got to help judge the baby contest followed by picking out a family of the night! Ending with our amazing entertainer Ashley Cooke and so much more!!!

The Fields family from Abingdon, VA is enjoying the fair as Appy’s Family of the Night for Saturday. They received free admission, free rides, and free food. Gates are open until 10 pm, come join the fun.

So much happening here at the Appalachian fair!

Tonight I got to help judge the wool and woolies contest! Me and Ms. Appalachian Fair Legacy got to judge the best looking demolition derby car!!

Meet the Cannon family from Gate City, Va. there were selected as Appy’s Family of the Night. Appy was busy at his HUGE 10th birthday party so Ms Appalachian Fair Kellie Harrison helped out. The Cannon family received free tickets, free rides, free food. Appy will be back out at the gates Thursday looking for his Family of the Night!

Such a fun night at the fair celebrating Appy’s 10th birthday!! 🎉 He even had some friends come out to the fair tonight for his big celebration and parade through the fair!!

I am beyond excited for the week ahead and to see what this year has in store! My heart is so full, and I am truly honored to represent the fair and our community during the 100th anniversary celebration! 🎡❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and cheered me on this week. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you!

Appalachian Fair, thank you for this year. Thank you for taking me in with open arms, creating so many fun memories, and for loving me all year. It was my pleasure to reign over the 99th season and I can’t wait to see where the future takes us.
