Next week, the MITER Foundation will host its 28th annual golf outing. To celebrate America’s 250th anniversary of signing the Declaration of Independence, we have changed the location from Hershey, PA to Washington DC. To celebrate this milestone, we’re running a sweepstakes where three lucky winners will experience an unforgettable 2-night, 3-day trip to our nation’s capital!
Whether you want to dine at world-class restaurants, unwind with luxury spa treatments, catch a live game, or explore iconic museums and monuments, the itinerary is entirely yours to design.

Our Gratz Operations Outreach Committee recently spent an evening at Ronald McDonald House Central PA in Hershey, preparing dinner and dessert for 60 guests. ❤️

From cooking in the kitchen to putting together some sweet treats, our team had a great time working together to provide a home-cooked meal for families staying at the House.

When families are focused on caring for a loved one, something as simple as a warm meal can help make their day a little easier.

A big thank you to our Gratz Operations team for giving their time and bringing plenty of smiles along the way! We're always happy to support the incredible work of Ronald McDonald House Charities. 💙

For 21 years, our Sacramento team has partnered with The Salvation Army West to help local children head into a new school year feeling prepared and supported. 🎒❤️

This year, team members collected school supplies, filled 44 donated backpacks, and came together for a back-to-school shopping event. The MITER Foundation also contributed $10,350 toward gift cards to help local students shop for clothing, shoes, and other essentials. MITER Foundation

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re bringing our community together to show our support. 💗 Join us on Saturday, October 10 for the MITER Foundation Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Walk/Run at the Gratz Fairgrounds.

Registration begins at 10 a.m., with the walk/run starting at 11 a.m. Whether you walk, run, or simply come out to support the cause, we’d love to see you there!

Two years into our partnership with the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention, we’re continuing to find new ways to help connect people with support. 💙

Today, 957 MITER Brands trucks and trailers carry the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline message, helping bring this important resource to communities across the country. Our team members are also getting involved locally, with 13 teams participating in Out of the Darkness Walks this fall.

We’re thankful for two years of partnership with AFSP and look forward to continuing this important work together.

Meet Reagan! 🐾💙 This sweet pup is the third Susquehanna Service Dogs puppy we’ve had the opportunity to name through our continued support of their incredible work.

Reagan is already hard at work learning the skills that will help prepare her for the important role ahead. We’re excited to follow along as she grows, learns, and continues her journey toward potentially changing someone’s life as a service dog.

Meet SSD Reagan! This young puppy was named by , the third puppy they’ve named for us. Join us in thanking MITER for their continued support!

SSD Reagan is with her puppy raiser and is busy learning how to do things like sit on cue, relax under a table, walk calmly on a loose leash, and keep her attention on her raiser, especially in new environments.

Our Temecula Outreach Committee recently joined Homes For Our Troops and volunteers from across the community to help landscape the new home of Army SPC Seth Wakeling and his family in Fallbrook, California. 🇺🇸

It was a hot morning, but that didn’t slow anyone down. Our team spent the morning planting, spreading mulch, digging, and working side by side with other volunteers to help transform the property into a welcoming outdoor space for the Wakeling family.

In just a few hours, the group made an incredible transformation, and we’re thankful to our Temecula team members who rolled up their sleeves to be part of it.

Our Temperance Outreach Committee recently brought 97 golfers together for a day on the course that raised an incredible $12,898 for Leading Families Home! ⛳❤️

There was plenty of friendly competition throughout the day, including longest drive, closest to the pin, putting challenges, a 50/50, and a sports challenge that put golfers’ skills beyond the golf course to the test. Raffle prizes, including the popular Lotto Tree and booze wagon, added even more fun to the day.

Most importantly, every swing helped support Leading Families Home and the work they do for families in the Toledo community.

Thank you to everyone who golfed, volunteered, donated, and helped make the outing such a success. We’re excited to see these funds make an impact close to home!

This Labor Day, we’re celebrating the hardworking people across the MITER Foundation who make a difference both on the job and in the communities around them. ❤️ From volunteering with local organizations to supporting families and neighbors in need, our team members continue to give their time, energy, and talents to help others.
