So the truck is full of clothes to donate to the fire victims wherever they may be. If there is anybody within this group or elsewhere it has anything they'd like to donate over this weekend I'll be taking donations it be great if we could set it up or we can meet somewhere bring it to my house would be fine phone number 530 446 4060. It would be wonderful to be able to fill the truck again it's anything that they could need right now Furniture would not be the first thing that they would need they don't have a house that start with personal items, hygienic items blankets, tents, Etc

Well little by little I'm getting back to being able to donate to people who made it. Found a homeless Camp under one of the bridges and we were able to donate a box of shoes that they all passed around and shared. Also a box of jeans, a barbecue, a mattress and a frame to get them off the ground. Hoping by this winter that I'll be able to do my soup pass it out and maybe little by little get going on this again now that we're in a better position.

okay so I've been thinking about what can be done to help out the victims of these tragic fires that are going on I do know and I'm not disregarding Houston and Florida and the southern states we have a lot of help going on down there for them so I'm focusing on the fire victims. The goal I have set in mind is to be able to get enough donations of furniture, housewares, no clothing, but to get enough to fill a trailer on a big rig. My husband drives truck we're going to find out if we can find anybody to donate a trailer if we have to come up with money we're going to have to take in donations so is anybody willing to help out. This is just the first post as I start putting it together I will keep posting and any input is very very much appreciated

5-21-16, Everett, 9pm behind the Pilot in Illinois, talking to David, and shivering in shorts holding a small plastic bag that contained a Bible, a daily devotional, a plastic flower lei and two pens, no food or clothes. So Russ & I went and made a plate and found a good pair of jeans, he never asked...he didn't have to. The next morning he knocked on the truck door he wanted to see if he could use the CB to find a ride to Tennessee and to ask if we needed the pants back, the rain had passed....no hun they are yours! He didn't need the CB after all, another driver had dead batteries, Russ tried to jump him but no luck so Everett found someone that was able to help and the driver gave him a ride to Nashville, but before Everett left he put the flower lei around my neck and signed the inside of & gave me his devotional, and shared his favorite verse
CONTINUE TO LOVE EACH OTHER WITH TRUE CHRISTIAN LOVE. DON'T FORGET TO SHOW HOSPITALITY TO STRANGERS, FOR SOME WHO HAVE DONE THIS HAVE ENTERTAINED ANGELS WITHOUT REALIZING IT!....Hebrews 13:1-2 New Living Translation

5-21-16, Pilot truck stop Illinois, we met David, 55 yrs. Been outside for quite awhile.Tonight bed it's going to be behind the Pilot, I was cooking homemade sauce & spaghetti, so I brought him a plate. The next morning we saw him he was still trying to find a ride to Oaklahoma. Our rewards card said we had 2 showers so we gave one to David and a cup of coffee, and the kid that was doing the laundry for the Pilot was kind and threw David's 1 pair of pants a 2 shirts into the wash. Her was able to feel refreshed, he found that ride the next day, he called us to let us know, and thank us again it was cool

Oregon rest stop 62, Robert no sign just by himself in the cold, I hope the lasagna filled you up and warmed you some. I love being able to bless someone like God has blessed me. When I had nothing people were put in my path that got me back on my feet

We met Kari, in Oregon rest stop exit 173. She never asked for money she had a sign that said.... I just came up short...I saw her but not the sign, it was sprinkling out so I asked if she would like something warm to eat. I had homemade lasagna in the truck...a bowl of that water and an orange, she was all smiles and it was eaten quick. Just a lil kindness it makes a difference for not only the person getting but the person giving as well

So since going over the road driving truck with my husband, I have adapted new ways to help it's share with others, so I will start with on 3-30-16 it was midnight art a Flying J in Dallas, Texas...that's wether we met David. His shoes had holes in them and he was hungry, we were able to give him a pair of barely worn boots & apples, oranges and water.
