Happy National Police Woman Day!
Today, we recognize the contributions of Sheriff Moon and the nine additional women on our team who serve as sworn deputies in our office. Their presence on patrol — responding to calls, protecting our neighborhoods, and leading with courage — strengthens both our agency and our community.
While this day is dedicated to honoring women traditionally in policing roles, we also deeply value the women who serve as correctional officers, animal control officers, dispatchers, and in other critical areas of public safety. Each brings unique strengths to our team, and together they embody the highest standards of service.
Thank you, ladies!
