Today, we invite you to stand in the gap for the people of Venezuela.
On Wednesday, June 24, at 6:04 p.m. local time, two powerful earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 struck northern Venezuela just 39 seconds apart, leaving widespread destruction across several regions. Thousands remain trapped beneath collapsed buildings as rescue efforts continue, while countless families have lost loved ones, homes, and access to essential services. The disaster comes as the nation continues navigating a significant political transition, making this a critical moment to lift Venezuela before the Lord.
As followers of Jesus, we are not spectators to the suffering of the nations. We have been given the privilege of approaching God's throne on behalf of those who are hurting. Let us stand together in faith, believing that our prayers can bring comfort, protection, wisdom, and hope.
