Attention 2026 Breeding Beef, Beef Feeder Calf, and Market Hog Exhibitors!
The Animal ID portion of FairEntry is now open for you to submit your Animal IDs for Breeding Beef, Beef Feeder Calf, and Market Hog. Please remember when logging into FairEntry that you should go to http://hartfordfair.fairentry.com. Once there, you will click “As an Exhibitor”. If the exhibitor is enrolled as a 4-H member, you will use the same email address and password that you use to log into 4-HOnline to log into the green 4-HOnline box on the page. If the exhibitor is ONLY exhibiting projects through FFA and is not enrolled in 4-HOnline at all, then you should use the blue FairEntry login box on the page. If you have not made entries before as an FFA only member, you may need to create a new account to submit your animal IDs.
For Breeding Beef and Beef Feeder Calves: please follow the instructions to submit your photos. You must have the RFID number on the tag and a side view photo and a head view photo in which you can read the tag. IDs must be submitted by May 15, 2026. For Market Hogs: Please follow the instructions to submit your photos. You must have the RFID number on the tag as well as a side view, front view, and a photo of that tag that is readable. IDs must be submitted by May 15, 2026. Market Hog exhibitors must also submit their Swine Tagging Form and Swine Housing form to the Hartford Fair Office by May 15, 2026. These forms can be found at the bottom of the page on Jr Fair Exhibitors page: https://www.hartfordfair.com/jr-fair-exhibitors
