Request for Assistance – Conceptual Rendering Support for Heart of a Warrior Farm

Heart of a Warrior Farm is currently seeking assistance from an architect, designer, 3D artist, or anyone with experience in conceptual renderings to help us bring our vision for future growth to life.

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3), our mission is to serve individuals with special needs, as well as Veterans and First Responders, through equine-assisted therapy and farm-based programs that build confidence, independence, healing, and hope.

As our programs continue to grow, so does the need for expansion. We are in the planning stages of several additions to our facility, including improvements that will allow us to better serve our riders, families, and community. Our goal is to create conceptual 3D renderings or sketches that visually show what the farm could look like after these future additions are completed.

These visuals would be used to:
• Present our vision to potential sponsors and donors
• Support grant opportunities
• Help our community understand the impact of the planned growth
• Strengthen fundraising efforts for our capital campaign

We are not asking for free services and understand the value of this type of work, but as a nonprofit, we are hopeful someone may be willing to work with us at a reduced rate, donate a portion of their time, or simply help guide us in the right direction.

In spirit of today being the first day of horse camp let's do a little fun fact about horses!
Did you know horses can’t breathe through their mouth?
Horses are obligate nasal breathers. This means that they are unable to breathe through their mouth as humans can. Horses can only breathe through their nose.

That's not all! Horses have a unique combination of a special organ that allows them to smell pheromones called a Jakobson's organ, as well as whiskers, a large set of lungs and complex nasal muscles that make them extremely sensitive to smells of all kinds. This is the key factor that makes these animals so attuned to human emotions. Sometimes giving us a feeling that they are far more intelligent than believed. Their ability to sense our emotions can make some truly incredible connections through therapy programs like ours 💚

This space is for those who carry so much ( often quietly ) and deserve a place where they don’t have to carry it alone. Surrounded by others who understand, tonight is about connection, community, and simply being present.
Theme: “Strength without armor”
Because strength isn’t about being unshaken. It’s about continuing forward, even when the armor comes off.

At Heart of a Warrior Farm, every day is filled with hay nets, hoof care, grooming brushes, and lots of love for our herd 🐎💛 Caring for horses takes a village and a lot of everyday essentials that keep them healthy, safe, and comfortable.

This gathering is a space of understanding, connection, and quiet strength, surrounded by people who truly get it. No pressure, no expectations just community, conversation, and support.

We are excited to announce our upcoming Heart of a Warrior Horse Show on July 25, 2026!
This special event is designed specifically for our CURRENT lesson students participating in our programs and is intended to provide a fun, supportive, and safe introduction to the horse show experience. Riders will have the opportunity to practice their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the excitement of showing in a controlled environment tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
Please note:
➡️ This is NOT an open horse show to the general public.
➡️ Participation is limited to current students enrolled in Heart of a Warrior Farm programs.
Parents of participating students:
• Entries are limited to 2 classes per student
• Cost is $5 per class
• Permission forms must be returned by July 2
• Patterns will be sent out prior to the event
• Riders should wear boots, jeans, and a t-shirt (no tank tops)
This event is about so much more than ribbons, it’s about confidence, courage, growth, and creating unforgettable memories for our riders and families. ❤️

Horse Camp is more than just riding horses, it’s an experience that builds confidence, responsibility, and lifelong skills!
At camp, kids will learn hands on equine skills like grooming, horse care, safety, handling, and teamwork while spending time with amazing animals in a fun and supportive environment.
Beyond the barn, campers also develop important life skills including:
✨ Problem solving
✨ Communication
✨ Patience and responsibility
✨ Confidence and independence
✨ Teamwork and leadership
Our goal is to create a safe, encouraging space where animal-loving kids can learn, grow, make friends, and create unforgettable memories with horses and fellow campers. 💚
