We wrapped up our final club meeting before the 2026 Granville Kiwanis 4th of July Celebration!, and the excitement is officially kicking in. The parade is shaping up to be a great one - now we just need you in it! ❤️🤍💙

It’s 2026 Granville Kiwanis 4th of July Celebration! T-shirt time! ❤️🤍💙

Just a little reminder (as we know there are a lot of amazing options out there), that Granville Kiwanis is a volunteer‑run organization, and every dollar we raise goes right back into our community! When you purchase one of our 4th of July shirts, you’re directly supporting your neighbors and helping us continue our work for children here at home and around the world. It’s an easy and fashionable way to give back!

We’ll begin selling shirts starting this weekend at the Granville Farmers Market and will be there every weekend leading up to the Street Fair!

The Granville Kiwanis was proud to celebrate three of this year’s scholarship winners at our meeting last night, where each student was recognized and presented with their scholarship check. Selected for their exceptional academics, meaningful extracurricular involvement, outstanding achievements, leadership, and strong letters of recommendation, these Granville High School seniors truly impressed us. The scholarship committee did an excellent job choosing such remarkable recipients, and the entire club was genuinely wowed hearing about their accomplishments and character. We wish them the very best in all their future endeavors and are grateful to play even a small part in their next chapter.

Granville Kiwanis kicked-off Teacher Appreciation Week by providing snacks at each of the schools. Thank you teachers and staff for your dedication to our youth! 🍎♥️✏️

Thank you, Granville Kiwanis, for helping bring the Wildwood Park sunshade project to the finish line. Their generous $10,000 matching gift, plus $2,000 raised through their pancake breakfast, helped fully fund the project with no remaining cost to Granville Recreation District. Our Board President was glad to thank Kiwanis in person at their meeting last night as we officially mark the close of this community project! See you at the playground! ☀️🛝

Today 700+ redbud saplings were packed with instructions for Granville Elementary students to plant at home.

The trees are donated and distributed by Granville Kiwanis’ Ag & Conservation Committee, Chair Terry Van Offeren.

Kiwanis has donated saplings for many decades. If you have a story to share we’d love to hear from you.

Several of our members are at this years Ohio District Kiwanis Mid-Year Education Day 2026! Our club had the honor to sponsor this event, and help plan it, along with two of our very own members co-chaired the planning, Brian Gottfried & Sally Price Schaadt! We are excited to learn and network with fellow Kiwanians!

We always joke that planning for the next 4th of July Celebration starts on July 5th - but it’s true! A huge thank‑you to our Granville Kiwanis 4th of July Committee for the countless volunteer hours that go into creating our favorite event of the year! ❤️🤍💙

Don’t forget that our second favorite (and most delicious 🤤) event of the year is coming up NEXT WEEKEND - February, 7th! Granville Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast! All you can eat pancakes - with our very own locally made Kiwanis maple syrup - all for a good cause? Yes, please! This event benefits The Granville Community Foundations Wildwood Playground Shade Project and The Granville Angels Foundation ! See you there!
