Long before dump trucks and backhoes, horsepower meant something very different in Granville.

Teams like these once hauled lumber, delivered goods, plowed fields, and helped build the Granville we know today.
These hardworking horses and the people who guided them were an essential part of daily life and the growth of our community.

Thanks to your generosity and belief in our community, the Granville Community Foundation was able to support 9 local organizations with $93,653 in funding for 2025, bringing our total impact to 31 organizations and $334,772 awarded since 2022.

These grants help strengthen the programs, people, and places that make Granville a great place to live, work, and grow.
