What a beautiful way to wrap up six months of Music & Picnic on the Lawn!

With support from a The Granville Community Foundation grant, LCCC brought local 60+ adults together throughout the spring and summer to share a delicious lunch, enjoy live music, and most importantly spend time together in community.

This final gathering featured the wonderful Denison University American Roots Music Ensemble, plenty of sunshine, and lots of smiles as we celebrated the final picnic of the season.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to create gatherings like these where friendships grow, neighbors connect, and a simple lunch and a good song can make someone’s day brighter.

One lunch. One song. One gathering at a time. That’s community.

Thank you to the Granville Community Foundation and to everyone who joined us and helped make this special series such a success!

Who knew your car could use a “fitting,” too? CarFit rolled into LCCC with a fun and practical mission: to help local drivers make sure their vehicles fit them comfortably, confidently, and safely!

A huge THANK YOU to the team that made it happen! We’re grateful to the Licking County Sheriff’s Department, Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging (COAAA), AARP, and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) for bringing this fun and valuable experience to LCCC.

Creativity was flowing at the LCCC! Our newest hands-on arts and crafts program, Artful Expressions, brought members together for an afternoon of découpage fun with Kathleen.

With colorful papers, decorative touches, and plenty of creativity, everyone transformed simple wooden coasters into beautiful, one-of-a-kind creations!

September’s Artful Expressions class was a little crafting, a lot of fun, and plenty of happy artistic expression! We can’t wait to see where this class and our creativity take us next!

No singing experience needed — just bring your smile and your love of music! Whether you’re a shower soloist, longtime choir member, or somewhere in between, you’ll feel right at home.

Walk-ins are always welcome!

What a beautiful summer day for Fresh Blooms! Our August workshop, Lush Hydrangea, brought together creativity, color, and a whole lot of gorgeous flowers.

Our floral designer, Sylvia, guided participants in creating stunning fresh arrangements featuring the lovely and luscious hydrangea.

Sylvia shared design tips and tricks to help everyone create an arrangement they could enjoy at home.
