He was born on June 10th, 2017 in Grantville, PA. He is part of the Susquehanna Service Dog program in association to The Pennsylvania State University. For those who do not know, these puppies are raised by college students for about two years until they get placed with their partners! Kelp is a very playful and friendly puppy. He is always ready to meet new people and dogs. To this day he is nev

er tired. He loves going on long walks and his favorite treats are peanut butter and pumpkin, (although he eats just about anything!)
