We are thrilled to see Grants FFA featured by the National FFA Organization in the article, "Doing to Learn: More Than Just a Motto," highlighting their incredible participation in New Mexico Agriculture in the Classroom's Agricultural Literacy Project!
Through this program, Grants FFA members have stepped into elementary classrooms to read agriculture-themed books, lead hands-on learning activities, and inspire young students to discover the importance of agriculture. Their passion, leadership, and dedication are helping grow agricultural literacy while developing valuable communication and leadership skills of their own.

to our Chapter Treasurer, Monika Ruiz, as she begins training today to serve on the State FFA Nominating Committee!!

Monika will spend the weekend, alongside 11 other FFA members from across the state, interviewing and evaluating the skills and qualifications of the individuals seeking a spot on the 2026-2027 State Officer team.

🌟 March Member of the Month 🌟

Congratulations to Kyrie Davis, a 7th grader at Los Alamitos Middle School and a first-year FFA member! Since joining FFA, Kyrie has come a long way—growing in confidence, building friendships, and becoming a valued part of our chapter.

He has competed in Creed Speaking and has developed a strong passion for Wildlife. Kyrie’s positive attitude and the connections he’s built with members across the program have made him truly beloved within our chapter.

We’re proud of the growth Kyrie has shown this year and are excited to see all he continues to accomplish in FFA! 💙💛

Congratulations to our State FFA Degree recipients!

We’re proud to announce the next set Grants FFA members to earn the prestigious State Degree. This award is the culmination of their FFA involvement, leadership development, dedication to their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE), and success in Agricultural Education courses.

They will receive their certificate and the Gold FFA Pin at the New Mexico State FFA Convention next month!

10-15 selected interns will engage in a 12-14-week paid internship between May and September. This internship will follow a hybrid model of in-person and virtual activities. Interns will dedicate 25-35 hours per week to site-based and remote activities.
